This is a slow and controlled, low intensity class using relaxing music that is suitable for all
levels. Stretch and relax exercises are designed to lengthen tight muscles, ease tension,
increase awareness and encourage a state of calm for both mind and body. You will feel refreshed
and revitalised, daily tasks will be less stressful and your sleep patterns will improve.
